Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is offered by Tourism Chatham Islands, P.O. Box 65, Chatham Islands.
2. This Promotion will run until the completion of the promotion period, as determined by the manager of Tourism Chatham Islands (Promotion Period)
3. Entry is open to the general public who are resident in New Zealand. Staff and family members of any company involved in Tourism Chatham Islands are ineligible to enter the competition.
4. There is one (1) prize containing a box of blue cod.
5. The draws for the Prize(s) will take place in the last week of the month (Draw Date).
6. The Prize winner will be notified via the email address provided in the Entry.
7.  If a winner is not able to reply within 3 days of Draw Date, he/she will forfeit the Prize and the Promoter may redraw the relevant Prize at their sole discretion.
8.  The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.  The Prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
10.  Details from all entries will be collected and only used by the promoter for entry into the Tourism Chatham Islands marketing database.
11. By entering this Promotion, Entrant’s consent to the use of their information as described.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to change the specifics of the Prize at its sole discretion. If the Promoter substitutes a Prize for any reason it will do so for a Prize of equal or greater value. The Promoter reserves the right to change date of the date and any conditions of the competition at any time.
